Local CDL A or B Driver w/Hazmat

Position Purpose The CDL Driver is responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles to deliver products to customer locations or job sites, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while following all DOT regulations. Key Responsibilities Follow all DOT rules and maintain a clean driving record. Inspect vehicles before and after trips. Load, unload, and organize orders at customer sites and branch locations. Understand and adhere to FMCSA regulations. Review purchase orders and delivery tickets to confirm routes and inventory. Support job site safety by checking for and reporting hazards. Take photos of delivered products as required. Keep accurate records of deliveries, vehicle inspections, and receipts. Minimum Qualifications Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Current DOT Medical Certification. Completion of FMCSA Registration. Ability to continuously lift up to 100 pounds. 21 years old if interstate travel or hazardous materials. Clean driving record with no hit & runs or DWI/DUI in the last 18 months. Knowledge of FMCSA and OSHA safety regulations. Basic computer skills to record deliveries and track inventory. Preferred Qualifications Air Brake endorsement. Experience operating Manual or Automatic Transmission vehicles. Valid forklift, Moffett, and other relevant certifications. Commercial driving experience. Salary & Benefits Hourly wage $20.63 to $26.25 per hour.
