Job Overview: As a Wealth Associate with Fulcrum Financial Group, a dynamic and rapidly expanding financial advisory firm nestled on Spokane’s picturesque South Hill, you will work alongside a successful Advisor team. The primary role of the Wealth Associate is to provide investment support to an advisor or team of advisors, including all daily, monthly, and annual research and reporting tasks to support the end-client's needs. The Wealth Associate helps the advisor maintain his or her practice and deliver positive results for the advisor’s clients through their support role. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent customer services skills (both verbal and written), and a proven ability to adapt to a changing work environment. Responsibilities: Assist financial advisors with investment research, portfolio analysis, and financial planning activities. Develop and support customized asset allocation recommendations and investment solutions aligned with client goals and objectives. Analyze portfolio performance reports and identify opportunities for discussion or potential portfolio adjustments by financial advisors. Prepare client-facing investment reports, financial planning materials, and presentation content. Support advisor business development and client relationship management activities. Conduct business analytics and reporting to support practice growth initiatives and operational effectiveness. Research market, industry, and investment-related information to support advisor recommendations. Maintain accurate client records and documentation utilizing applicable CRM and business systems. Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to resolve client inquiries and support advisor needs. Contribute to delivering a positive and consistent client experience through responsive and professional service. What are we looking for? Requirements: Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. 2+ years of client service experience, preferably within financial services, wealth management, banking, or a related industry Preferences: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Experience supporting financial advisors, wealth management teams, or investment professionals. Knowledge of portfolio management concepts, asset allocation strategies, and financial planning principles. Experience preparing investment presentations and client review materials. Familiarity with advisor practice management and business development support activities. Pay Range: $73,130.00 - $121,849.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
