We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Distribution Center Associates to join a state-of-the-art, highly automated 800,000+ sq. ft. distribution facility. In this role, you will play a vital part in daily operations-handling shipping, receiving, picking, and decanting processes. Working alongside advanced robotics and automated systems, you will help process tens of thousands of units daily in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities :

• Goods-to-Person (GTP) & Picking: Station-based picking and sorting of athletic footwear and apparel utilizing automated shuttle and GTP systems.
• Decanting & Unloading: Unbox, inspect, and prepare incoming product for automated case-cutting and storage systems.
• Packing & Shipping: Prepare, size, label, and pack outbound orders for wholesale, retail, and e-commerce distribution.
• Cross-Functional Operations: Rotate across key departments (Decant, GTP, Shipping) as volume demands, supporting both day and night operational targets.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all facility safety rules, including designated smartphone usage zones and proper PPE guidelines.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high accuracy standards to ensure correct product counts and item conditions before shipment.
• Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:

• Warehouse & Automation Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or working with automated systems (conveyors, GTP stations, or scanning technology).
• Bilingual Proficiency: Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a major plus.
• Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with fluid order volumes and changing shift needs.
• Teamwork & Integrity: Strong interpersonal skills aligned with a collaborative, high-integrity workplace culture.

• No Degree Required

Experience:

• 0-1 years

Qualifications:

• Basic English Comprehension: Ability to read, understand, and respond to verbal and written safety instructions and operational prompts.
• Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift, with frequent bending and lifting up to 35???40 lbs (including occasional overhead lifting in shipping/receiving).
• Dependability: Strong punctuality, self-motivation, and a commitment to maintaining excellent attendance.
• Safety Awareness: Quick compliance with facility policies (e.g., non-competitor branding compliance/coverage, footwear standards, and restriction of floor distraction).
