Geology Technician - $22/hr | 4-Day Work Week | Cripple Creek, CO

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Geology Technician for a respected mining industry client in the Cripple Creek area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working both indoors and outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a team that plays a critical role in exploration and drilling operations.

Location: Cripple Creek, CO

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Schedule: 4/10 schedule Monday-Thursday or Tuesday - Friday - 1st shift

What You'll Be Doing

• Collect, organize, and transport drill core and rock samples
• Assist geologists and drill crews with daily operations
• Process, split, and prepare samples for analysis
• Maintain accurate records and quality-control documentation
• Prepare and coordinate sample shipments
• Enter production and drilling data into reporting systems
• Operate company vehicles and forklifts safely
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
• Ability to learn new skills and work as part of a team
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
• Forklift experience is helpful but not required
• AutoCAD experience is a plus
