We serve a diverse clientele including retail fueling stations, commercial and government fleets, and emergency power customers. 

The E-Commerce Inside Sales Rep is responsible for managing and converting parts leads from all channels to sales. We are looking for a well-rounded individual to support the e-commerce and sales teams to drive online & general parts sales. An ideal candidate will have strong industry parts knowledge and customer service skills.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming customer parts leads from phone calls, email, and LiveChat to provide exceptional customer service & parts support to customers
• Research parts to determine correct parts, pricing, and availability to enter sales order in BC or assist customers with web order entry
• Work cross-functionally to transition new & existing customer accounts to e-commerce platform
• Coordinate with E-Commerce Team to convert customer part requests to become available online for them to purchase
• Use Pricing Query tool and Enhanced Sales Quote to assist with Request for Proposals (RFP)
• Proactively review customer stocking requests and collaborate with E-Commerce, Supply Chain & Sales Teams
• Facilitate customer core returns and warranty returns
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and market information to maintain current knowledge of products, parts, and designs required or available for purchase
• Meet or exceed customer service standards and abide by company policies and procedures
• Work in a safe and healthy manner following company safety guidelines, be able to wear appropriate safety PPE when required, and comply with industry standards and procedures. Enforces property protection and access policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Skills / Qualifications / Experience:

• High school diploma or GED Required
• Minimum of 3-5 years industry experience or customer service experience
• Extensive industry parts knowledge
• Strong attention to detail with strong knowledge of different parts/materials to best meet the customer’s needs
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Commitment to customer satisfaction
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and email at a highly proficient level
• Proven ability to accurately and quickly develop creative solutions to problems
• Self-starter with multi-tasking ability and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central a plus
• Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company
