Main Responsibilities

• Setting up, preparing, operating, and monitoring systems and machines
• Ensuring that systems are ready for operation and monitoring production on an ongoing basis
• Monitoring machining processes, including conducting test runs
• Troubleshooting machine and system malfunctions, as well as adjusting and correcting control programs
• Performing maintenance, upkeep, and repair work in accordance with specifications
• Implementing preventive maintenance and upkeep measures according to schedule
• Monitoring required operating supplies and initiating corrective actions in case of deviations
• Providing orientation, technical support, and training to shift employees regarding machine operation, parts handling, production documentation, and quality requirements
• Early detection of process and quality deviations and notification of the responsible departments
• Compliance with legal requirements, quality standards, occupational safety regulations, and environmental and waste management regulations
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in one's own work area

Required IT Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications

• Experience operating cranes and industrial trucks
