Mortgage Loan Assistant — The Ulmer Team at CrossCountry Mortgage Jupiter/Tequesta, FL | Hybrid | Full-Time | Entry Level About Us The Ulmer Team is a high-performing mortgage branch led by Originating Branch Manager Josh Ulmer, based in Tequesta, FL. We're a fast-moving team focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and building strong realtor partnerships. We're growing and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented assistant to join us. The Role You’ll support day-to-day mortgage operations — helping keep files moving, clients informed, and the team organized. This is a great entry point into the mortgage industry with hands‑on exposure to the full loan process. What You’ll Do Assist with loan file management and pipeline tracking in Encompass Support client and realtor communication and follow-ups Manage and update contacts and tasks in Salesforce/Jungo CRM Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence using the Microsoft Office Suite Coordinate scheduling, deadlines, and team logistics Help onboard new clients and gather required documentation Answering Emails What We’re Looking For 0–2 years of experience (mortgage, real estate, or admin background a plus) Comfortable learning Encompass, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Highly organized with strong attention to detail Clear communicator — written and verbal Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment Florida MLO license not required to start, but willingness to obtain preferred Mentorship and training in the mortgage industry Growth path within a growing branch To Apply: Send your resume and a brief note about yourself to View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr
