Shift Manager NOW HIRING SHIFT MANAGERS at $16.00- $20.00 DOLLARS PER HOUR Depending on experience Depending on availability Benefits and Perks Tuition Reimbursement Free meals/discounted meals Paid time off Flexible Scheduling Closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day Tuition Assistance Eligibility Full-time restaurant manager or staff of a participating Franchise Owner/Operator You work a minimum of 30 hours per week for that Franchise Owner/Operator. You are in good standing as determined by the Franchise Owner/Operator. Restaurant crew (including maintenance), part‑time manager or part‑time office staff of a participating Franchise Owner/Operator. Eligible for $3,000 in Tuition Assistance each year if the above criteria are met. Eligible for $2,500 in Tuition Assistance each year if: You are employed by the same Franchise Owner/Operator at least 90 cumulative days as of the time of the Tuition Assistance Request application completion. You work an average of 15 hours per week for that Franchise Owner/Operator. You are in good standing as determined by the Franchise Owner/Operator. Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include: Planning for each shift Monitoring performance during the shift Taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards Monitoring safety, security, and profitability Communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift Assisting departments to meet their goals Meeting shift targets Key Responsibilities as a Shift Manager Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates should be positive team players with a flexible schedule, enjoy a fast‑paced environment, and be 18 years or older.
