As a Foreman, you will play a crucial role in our team, overseeing daily production, reporting in Smart Construction, providing safety leadership, managing apprenticeships, overseeing equipment, and working on various projects such as concrete pads, piers, retaining walls, and mass grading. All jobs require travel across the southern central US. Work in Texas is not guaranteed. 

Daily Responsibilities:

• Help manage daily production and reporting in Smart Construction
• Provide management and safety leadership on job sites
• Monitor apprenticeship program 
• Monitor equipment management
• Work on projects including concrete pads, piers, retaining walls, and mass grading

Required Skills:

• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints
• General repair skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform inspections
• Valid Driver's License

Nice to Have Skills:

• OSHA 30 certification
• First Aid/CPR Training

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary ranging from $99,000 to $120,000 annually. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, holiday pay, paid time off, per diem, and a company vehicle or stipend.
