What You'll Do As a Barista at 30th Street Market, you'll play an essential role in creating a warm and inviting experience for every customer. Your responsibilities will include: Crafting a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages to perfection. Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure every guest feels welcome. Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace. Handling transactions accurately and efficiently at the register. Assisting with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks as needed. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is passionate about coffee and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Here's what we're looking for: Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Availability: Must have weekend availability. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for creating positive customer experiences. Work Ethic: A team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
