Job Summary:
As a Leasing Agent with Horizons East, you will act as the primary contact between property management and renters, responsible for advertising vacancies, conducting property tours, screening applicants, and executing lease agreements to maximize occupancy. Key duties include:
Providing exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants
Handling rent collections and processing maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
Conducting market surveys to ensure competitive pricing and maximizing occupancy
Screening applicants and executing lease agreements
Requirements:
A strong background in customer service or a related field
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with property management software and technology
A strong attention to detail and organizational skills
