Pay & Schedule
- 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Pay: $18.00/hour
- Long-term, full-time position
- Excellent benefits available
- Monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Start, stop, and adjust machinery as needed.
- Buff, polish, and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify flaws or defects and verify customer specifications.
- Assist team members in meeting production goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, twist, reach, push, and pull as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
