As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and related developmental differences. We're looking for passionate, experienced Registered Behavior Technicians who want to continue building meaningful relationships with children and families while working alongside collaborative BCBAs who respect and appreciate the important role RBTs play in every child's success. Pay: $22 - $27 / hour ($500 sign on bonus for certified RBTs) Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is Required. This position is intended for certified Registered Behavior Technicians who are ready to make an immediate impact. Schedule: Client sessions occur Monday - Friday between 3pm and 6pm Why Alongside?
