Key Responsibilities of the RN - Psychiatric

• Assess and monitor patient mental health status within the emergency department
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Document patient information and update records in compliance with organizational policies
• Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding psychiatric conditions

Requirements of the RN - Psychiatric

• Valid RN license
• Specialization in Psychiatric Nursing
• Experience in an emergency or acute care setting preferred
