Start Date: 06-01-2025 Reason for Coverage: Vacancy- Long-Term Permanent Search End Date: 12-31-2025 Provider Type: Advanced Practice Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only EMR System: Epic Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient Patients Per Shift: 12 Does Your Facility Require Physicians To Be Board Certified?: Yes Minimum Board Certification: Certified What Is The License Requirement To Bid?: Licensed In OR Only Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 90 Days We Will Need Coverage Every Wednesday, Thursday, And Friday But We Are Open To Different Schedules Based On Availability Such As Varying Days, Week On/Week Off, Etc. Shifts Are 8am-5pm (With A One Hour Lunch) Bids Can Include An 8 Hour Guarantee Max And There Will Be No OT Approved For This Position As There Will Be No OT. There Is Documentation Time Worked Into The 8 Hours And No Patients Are Scheduled Past 5pm So Providers Should Be Able To Get All Of Their Work Done In Their Day. Mid-Level Provider Would Provide On-Campus Supervision For Echo/Nuclear Exercise Stress Tests, Administer Dobutamine Stress Tests, As Well As In Office Cardiac Device Checks And Stress Tests Performed By Cardiac Device Tech. Must Have An Active OR License And OR DEA.
