Entry-Level E-Commerce - RideNow Peoria

RideNow Powersports, with over 50 locations nationwide, is looking for an Entry - Level E - Commerce Specialist, you'll support the day - to - day operations of our online sales channels. You'll help manage product listings, assist with order processing, and ensure customers have a smooth shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Assist in creating, editing, and optimizing product listings on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify. Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and other relevant data. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate product availability across platforms. Help process online orders and communicate with customers regarding order updates or issues. Research competitors and pricing to ensure RideNow stays competitive online. Assist with basic reporting on sales, listings, and platform performance. Help ensure listings comply with each platform's guidelines and brand standards. Requirements Strong interest in e-commerce, digital retail, or online business. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Detail-oriented and organized, with strong written communication skills. Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with multiple systems and online platforms. Previous experience with Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or Walmart Seller Center is a plus, but not required. Interest in powersports or knowledge of vehicles/parts is a bonus! Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
