Job Description
IMCU / PCU / Stepdown Registered Nurse

Schedule:
Shift: 0700 - 1930 (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM), 3 shifts per week

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IMCU/PCU/Stepdown nursing

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients.
- Supervise and delegate appropriate care to nursing staff.
- Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
- Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer to manage clinical resources effectively.
- Maintain competency standards for clinical staff.
