Interior Environmental Management está buscando un empleado de Custodio/Mantenimiento de tiempo completo motivado y confiable. El personal de conserjería/mantenimiento realiza tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y de conserjería dentro y alrededor de la escuela; soluciona problemas, realiza reparaciones y responde a las llamadas de emergencia para el servicio; instala y desmonta implementos para eventos escolares. trabaja en estrecha colaboración con los empleados y el público para satisfacer las necesidades de custodia del área; y resuelve problemas para asegurar operaciones eficientes y seguras de la escuela.
Mantener los pisos, incluida la limpieza y el encerado. • Realizar trabajo al aire libre para incluir, entre otros, remoción de nieve, áreas de sal según sea necesario, recolección de hojas, limpieza de instalaciones deportivas y limpieza de canaletas. • Servicio, reparación y mantenimiento de equipos en el Departamento de Custodia. • Realizar el mantenimiento de custodia de rutina y completo de las instalaciones asignadas. • Informar y responder a llamadas de emergencia para asistencia de custodia. • Montar y desmontar mobiliario y equipo para eventos escolares. • Participar en montajes y traslados de oficinas y aulas. • Realizar la eliminación de grafiti de menor a moderada. • Instalar equipo en el aula como estanterías, mapas, pizarras, tableros; pinta los espacios de trabajo después de una mudanza o reubicación según lo solicitado. Operar equipos eléctricos que incluyen, entre otros, montacargas, extractores de alfombras, lavadoras a presión, herramientas manuales y eléctricas, equipos para quitar la nieve y cortar el césped, y vehículos del Distrito. La capacitación será proporcionada por el Supervisor. • Realizar mantenimiento preventivo en y alrededor de las instalaciones. • Asegure el edificio o el área diariamente o según las indicaciones. • Otras funciones que le sean asignadas.
Jornada completa de lunes a viernes de 6:30 a 14:30 h. Horas extras disponibles si está interesado.
