Industrial Maintenance Technician

Industrial Maintenance TechnicianAs an Industrial Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining production and facility equipment according to safety, production and maintenance processes.Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all timesPerforms preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilitiesUtilizes mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance skills to troubleshoot and repair equipmentWhen necessary, provides emergency / unscheduled repairs to equipmentCompletes foundational machinist duties as neededReads and interprets equipment manuals and drawingsDiagnoses equipment issues, completes testing and repairs or replaces parts to make necessary adjustmentsDetects faulty operations or defective materials and reports those or any unusual operating situations to proper supervisionMaintains the ability to work flexible hours or overtime based on business needsTakes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organizationEducation- High-school diploma or equivalent (required) - Associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field (preferred)Experience1+ years of industrial maintenance (hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical) experience or completion of craft apprenticeship (required)Previous fabrication and welding experience (preferred)OverviewEvery advancement—from the products we use to the medicines and technologies we depend on—creates waste that must be handled responsibly.
