NVR’s Thurmont Manufacturing Plant is looking to add a member to our delivery driver team. This person will be responsible for moving materials within our Thurmont Plant. Starting Pay is $27.35 per hour

This is a day shift position, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm Mon-Fri

Primary Responsibilities• Responsible for transporting materials throughout the facility by use of trailers and box-trucks• Ensure safe conditions for co-workers and other ground personnel.• Ensure safe transport of materials, including securing all loads properly before transport.• Perform other work functions within in the plant.

Qualifications• Must have a CDL Class A• At least 2 years of over the road driving experience• Must be 23 years of age or older • Must abide by all DOT regulations• Excellent attendance record• Ability to work in a strong-safety focused environment• Good communication skills• Willingness to work as a team to achieve delivery and productivity goals• Ability to work inside or outside• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, details available upon interview.• Ability to perform other manufacturing job functions as required
