Suggesting new menu items like our limited time offerings or flavored coffees. Receiving payment for the cashier and making correct change. Willingly assisting team members without being asked. Helping to keep our restaurants clean, completing side work, and organizing supplies as needed. Providing total guest satisfaction. Qualifications Provide excellent customer services. Greet guests as soon as they come in and make them feel welcomed and present menus. Make suggestions based on their preferences. Take and serve food/drinks orders. Up-sell when appropriate. Keep tables clean and tidy at all times. Deliver checks and collect payments. Must be able to work holidays and weekends. Must be 16 or older. Must have a guest first mentality.
