The Company is in search of a Managing Director, People Partner to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing strategic and day-to-day partnership to enhance team effectiveness, develop talent, and ensure an exceptional staff experience. This role is pivotal in helping the organization evolve its work, leadership, and support systems to align with its mission of providing all children with access to an excellent education. Responsibilities include portfolio management, employee relations, manager coaching, and supporting talent systems and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years' of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in business partnering, HR consulting, or organizational development, and a deep commitment to the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
