We are seeking dependable 2nd shift  Production Workers to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for supporting daily production operations including operating bagging equipment, packaging finished materials, palletizing product, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in an industrial setting and can perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor material bagging and packaging equipment
• Fill, seal, and stack bagged material product according to production standards
• Palletize finished product and prepare orders for shipment
• Inspect product for quality and report any defects or issues
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean work area
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
• Assist with basic machine troubleshooting and line support as needed
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a loud, and physically demanding environment
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance history
• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Math skills-weighing/measuring for batching
• Mechanical experience is a plus
• Forklift experience is a plus

Work Environment

• Industrial production facility
• Exposure to noise, and varying temperatures
• PPE required (composite-toe boots, safety glasses, etc.)
