We are looking for a Retail Bank Branch Manager is responsible for the specific duties listed below.Your specific duties will include:Manage the administration and efficient daily operations of a full-service bank branch, including operations, customer service, product sales, security, and safety.Hire, train, coach, and develop branch staff.Develop and execute sales strategies while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.Monitor branch performance and business trends.Ensure the overall profitability and operational success of the branch.Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a customer-centric culture.Specific qualifications for the position include:Proven sales ability with a demonstrated track record of branch growth.Minimum of 7 years of experience in a banking branch environment.Minimum of 5 years of branch management experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex business and consumer accounts.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Experience in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of employees.Active involvement in local business organizations (e.g., Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, etc.) is preferred.Notary Public certification is preferred.Pay Rate Range: $74,880 -107,000 year Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
