Position: Clinical Training & Practice Transformation AdvisorDepartment: TEAM UP Scaling and Sustainability CenterSchedule: 40 hours per week, HybridPOSITION SUMMARY:Reporting to the Director of Workforce Development and Training, and under the general supervision of the Director of Workforce Development and Training and the Director of Practice Transformation, the Clinical Training & Practice Transformation Advisor develops and leads clinical training programming and practice transformation initiatives within the TEAM UP Scaling and Sustainability Center. The primary purpose of this role is to support the expansion of behavioral health integration in pediatric primary care settings. The Advisor designs and adapts curriculum, delivers training and consultation to Learning Community partners, facilitates practice transformation activities with partner organizations, and manages relationships with new and existing partners to strengthen the Center's impact.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Learning Community Training: Develops and facilitates Learning Community activities in collaboration with the clinical training and practice transformation teams, providing foundational trainings for direct care providers and facilitation and training support for ongoing implementation activities including but not limited to team-based care sessions, leadership workgroups, supervisors’ forums, revenue and operations workgroups, and clinical case consultations.Clinical and Operational Consultation and Technical Assistance:Provides consultation, coaching, and technical assistance to Learning Community participants, including direct care staff and practice leadership, to support their active application of clinical skills and implementation of operational change.Curriculum Scaling & Adaptation: Oversees curriculum development and adaptation for training partners and diverse audiences under the supervision of the Director of Workforce Development and Training and the Director of Practice Transformation, expanding the training and technical assistance menu to support Center scaling efforts.Project Oversight: Plans and organizes meeting agendas, project trackers, and communications to support the effective progression of implementation efforts within distinct projects.Subject Matter Resource: Serves as an internal subject matter resource on integrated clinical care, advising the Implementation Team and broader Center on best practices and innovations within the behavioral health and healthcare landscape.External Resource Disseminatio: Develops externally facing training materials for broad dissemination, in collaboration with the implementation team, to support TEAM UP's external training and market footprint.(The above statements in this job description are intended to depict the general nature and level of work assigned to the employee(s) in this job.
