About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Dream Smile City of Pomona as a Dental Assistant in Pomona, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient care and support a friendly dental environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during various dental procedures and treatments.
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
Manage patient records and schedule appointments efficiently.
Provide excellent patient care and address any concerns.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Support administrative tasks as needed.
Stay updated on dental best practices and technologies.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification preferred.
Previous experience in a dental office is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
Proficient in using dental software and technology.
Compassionate demeanor towards patients and their families.
