Our communities are a gathering place of wisdom!Position Details:Community Name: The Brennity at MelbourneAddress: 7300 Watersong Ln.Phone number: +13212537440Status: Full-timeShift(s):Benefits:Company-paid telemedicine service for all full-time benefit-eligible team membersOn-Demand Pay – request a pay advance!Discount and rewards program – use for electronics, food, car buying, travel, fitness, and more!Health/ Dental/ Vision/ Disability/ Life InsuranceFlex Spending AccountDependent Care Flex PlanHealth Savings Account401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with company matching!Paid time off and Holiday payTeam Member Assistance Program – counseling services at the other end of the phone!Discounted Meal TicketsReferral Bonus Program – earn money for referring your friends!Tuition Assistance (for programs directly related to team member's position)Lasting relationships with our residents who have so much wisdom to share!Responsibilities:Post open positions and assist with candidate recruiting and onboarding as required by department directors and Executive DirectorFacilitate the completion of new hire paperwork and report information to Home Office Human ResourcesSubmit new hire information, payroll changes, and status changes timely for processingCreate and maintain personnel files for all associates according to company guidelinesMaintain confidentiality of files and file information at all timesCorrect time exceptions in time and attendance softwareRun standard reports as needed in payroll systemGenerate payroll and distribute paychecks according to company guidelinesCoordinate the delivery of benefits information to benefit eligible associatesVerifies license and misconduct registry for candidates under considerationReport leave information and work related injuries and ensure injured associates are provided information to obtain proper treatmentAssist with internal and external communication processes, such as letters, memos, and documentsActs as back up for the concierge and assists the Business Office Coordinator as neededAssist with conducting human resource audits and records maintenance, as required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organizationWork with other members of the management team to market and manage the communityPerform administrative functions in support of the Executive DirectorServe as Manager on Duty (“MOD”) as assignedPerform all other duties as assigned by managementSkills/Requirements:High School diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredThree years’ experience in an administrative role with one or more years’ experience working in a Human Resources capacity within a field office or HR departmentAdvanced computer and Microsoft Office experience with ability to create reports and analyzeoperational issuesFamiliarity with automated payroll and time and attendance systemsOrganization, time management, problem solving/resolution, and decision makingMust possess or be willing to acquire a valid driver's license to drive on company time as neededExcellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively withresidents, families, and other team members.Sagora does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies or fee based recruitment services.
