- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building lasting connections.
- Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
- Perform various other duties as assigned
- Amazing base + 20% commission on membership sales
- 10% retail commission
- Monthly contests with prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place with prizes ranging from $10-$50
