We are hiring an  experienced TikTok LIVE Sales Host to join our jewelry and diamond live-commerce team in Downtown Los Angeles.

This is not an entry-level position. Previous live-selling experience is required.

We are looking for candidates who have personally hosted live-commerce sales and are comfortable presenting products on camera, engaging viewers in real time, handling objections, creating urgency, and closing sales.

Previous experience selling diamonds is preferred, but not required.

We are also very interested in candidates with strong live-selling backgrounds in categories such as:

• Jewelry
• Diamonds / Lab-Grown Diamonds
• Luxury handbags
• Designer goods
• Watches
• Beauty / Skincare
• Fragrance
• Fashion
• Premium accessories
• Other higher-ticket products

Experience selling luxury, premium, or trust-based products is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Host TikTok LIVE sales sessions focused primarily on jewelry and diamonds
• Present products clearly, confidently, and professionally
• Explain product features, specifications, value, and selling points
• Engage viewers continuously throughout the livestream
• Answer customer questions in real time
• Build trust with viewers and create repeat customers
• Handle objections and guide customers toward purchasing decisions
• Create urgency and excitement while maintaining a professional sales approach
• Maintain strong energy and audience interaction throughout longer livestream sessions
• Learn detailed jewelry and diamond product knowledge
• Work closely with the live operations team on product flow, promotions, pricing, and show strategy
• Help improve GMV, conversion, audience retention, and overall live performance

Required Experience

Candidates must have previous hands-on experience with at least one of the following:

• TikTok LIVE / TikTok Shop live selling
• Whatnot live selling
• Other live-commerce platforms
• QVC / HSN-style live product sales
• Professional livestream sales for a brand or e-commerce company

You should be able to demonstrate that you have personally been responsible for presenting products and helping close sales on camera.

General social media experience alone does not qualify.

Candidates whose experience is limited to:

• UGC creation
• Modeling
• Acting
• Social media management
• Influencer marketing
• Content creation
• Traditional retail sales

without direct live-selling experience will generally not be considered for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous jewelry or diamond sales experience
• Luxury handbag or designer goods experience
• Beauty, fragrance, fashion, or premium product sales
• Experience selling higher-ticket products
• Proven GMV or strong historical sales performance
• Strong product storytelling ability
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills
• Experience building repeat customers or live-shopping communities
• Comfortable learning detailed product specifications quickly

Language Requirements

• Native-level English fluency is required
• Must be comfortable selling primarily to an English-speaking U.S. audience
• Strong understanding of U.S. customer communication and live-commerce sales language
• Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus, but not required

Schedule

• On-site in  Downtown Los Angeles
• Monday through Friday
• Minimum approximately 4 hours of livestreaming per day
• Depending on business needs, scheduling, performance, and availability, some shifts may extend to approximately 6–8 hours
• Candidates should be comfortable with longer live-selling sessions when needed
• Consistent weekday availability is required

Compensation

Starting Pay: $25–$40/hour

Starting compensation will depend on:

• Previous live-selling experience
• Historical GMV and sales performance
• Product-category experience
• On-camera selling ability
• Product knowledge
• Interview and audition performance
