Midtown Home Improvements—a $76 million home remodeling leader with five locations—is looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO and leadership team to keep our internal operations running at full throttle.This is your opportunity to help steer one of the Midwest's fastest-growing remodeling companies.What You'll Do:Act as the right hand to the CEO—streamlining internal operations and ensuring day-to-day priorities are aligned with company goalsServe as a key liaison between the CEO and executive leadership teamManage and track key internal initiatives and business operations projectsDrive clarity, accountability, and execution across departmentsPrepare reports, internal communications, and meeting agendasHelp anticipate problems, remove roadblocks, and proactively solve issuesCreate and refine internal processes to support rapid growthQualifications:Proven experience in high-level operations, project management, or executive supportStrong understanding of business processes and internal communicationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh emotional intelligence and ability to navigate C-suite dynamicsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-speed environmentStrategic thinker with a strong sense of initiative and follow-throughHelpful Backgrounds May Include:Director of Operations or Senior Operations ManagerExecutive Assistant to CEO or C-suite with strategic responsibilitiesBusiness Consultant or Project Manager with a focus on organizational effectivenessMilitary leadership experience with high accountability and team coordinationMBA or other advanced business training is a plus, but not requiredWhy Join Midtown Home Improvements?We don't just remodel homes—we build careers.
