On-Call: 24/7 Emergency Response Environment * Rotating On-Call Schedule, $ 100.00 (Emergency Dispatch Bonus) for Off-Call (After hours)

We are seeking a skilled Lead Restoration Technician / Technician to join a high-performing, IICRC-certified team delivering white-glove restoration services to homeowners throughout the Columbus area.

Our team specializes in rapid emergency response (on-site within 60 minutes or less) and works directly with insurance carriers to create a seamless client experience from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead and mentor restoration technicians in the field

• Drive safety, accountability, and high-performance standards

• Train and motivate team members to deliver exceptional results

Job Site Supervision:

• Oversee daily field operations

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and client expectations

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Technical Expertise:

• Perform and lead water, fire, and mold remediation projects

• Troubleshoot complex restoration challenges

• Ensure projects meet the highest quality standards

Customer Service Excellence:

• Provide white-glove service to homeowners

• Clearly explain processes and timelines

• Act as the trusted face of the company on-site

• Collaboration & Communication:

• Liaise between project managers, insurance adjusters, and clients

• Submit documentation accurately and on time

• Keep all stakeholders informed throughout the project

Quality Control & Compliance:

• Ensure all work aligns with Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) standards

• Maintain equipment, materials, and company assets

• Uphold safety and regulatory compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications:

• IICRC Certifications required:

• Water Damage Restoration (WRT)

• Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT)

• Mold Remediation (AMRT)

• Additional certifications such as ASD (Applied Structural Drying) or OCT (Odor Control Technician) are a plus

Experience:

• 3+ years in property restoration

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role

Skillset:

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

• Deep knowledge of restoration equipment, drying systems, and remediation techniques

• Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle high-pressure emergency response situations

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs

• Work in confined spaces, heights, and varied temperatures

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
