• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm
• Job Description:  
  • Typical outpatient Primary Care services
  • Managed Care
  • Partnership opportunities down the line
• Patient Population:  Geriatrics | Ages 65+
• Call Schedule:  Telephone call only
  • No visiting hospitals 
  • Call is triaged by a nurse case manager
• PPD: 14-16 PPD
  
• Credentialing: 60-90 Days
• Background and Certifications required:  
  • BC, BE, GP (All considered)
    
  • Must have unrestricted FL license
  • Relocation assistance possible to candidates relocating from out of area
• Support: 
  • Full office staff and midlevels
  • Each provider works alone with office staff and midlevel
