Changeover StaffThe Changeover Staff perform the set up and conversion of the arena on an event to event basis in order to ensure complete adherence to the event schedule as-well-as tenant contractual specifications and requirements.This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00 to $20.00Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.Evergreen role: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.Responsibilities:Actively participate in the completion of facility-wide conversionsDevelop a wide array of specialized changeover skillsAssist with overall cleaning of the building to ensure readiness for eventsAbility to work late nights as well as weekends and holidaysEnsure that the building is ready for an event to take place the next morningAssist in Football game day parkingQualifications:Must be 18 years or olderExhibit willingness to work a flexible schedule consisting of nights & weekendsWork effectively in a heavily team-based environmentBe reliable, honest, dependable, and punctualRegularly lift and carry equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 poundsPossess knowledge of basic hand tools and their uses
