Responsibilities Navigate computer‑based work instructions to install parts & hardware using hand tools and fixtures on wafer fabrication equipment (WFE) in a Lean manufacturing clean‑room environment. Use hand tools, torque wrenches, equipment, and fixtures to assemble WFE. Read and interpret work instructions and schematics. Work in teams to maintain workflow and production schedule. Provide flexibility and responsiveness to changing priorities, including rework requirements and pilot build projects. Complete required trainings and certifications for processes, procedures, and equipment. Ensure correct parts are delivered and perform visual inspection before installation. Assist with audits through visual inspection and verifying checklists. Close assigned tasks by verifying completion and signing off. Install parts and hardware correctly by following Cell Fusion instructions and using hand tools as needed. Consistently exhibit behaviors that align with the client’s core values and safety protocol. Complete all required safety training and follow safe work practices (lift no more than 35 pounds, use ergonomic pads, stretch when needed). Perform Risk Management By Walking Around (RMBWA) inspections and document or report safety issues. Respond quickly to unsafe practices and report unresolved issues to appropriate managers. Provide information and respond promptly to supervisors and coworkers via telephone, written form, email, or in person. Actively participate in meetings and training. Identify and communicate production issues verbally and in writing. Suggest continuous improvements verbally or in writing to appropriate groups or locations. Communicate system status during shift pass‑down. Navigate diagnostic software on a computer. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities for this role at any time. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical or manufacturing assembly. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English. Understanding of continuous improvement. Attention to detail. Flexibility and ability to adapt to change. Proactive and takes initiative. Able to utilize computer‑based data systems and applications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Benefits Pay: $31.00 per hour. Hours: 40 hours per week. Length: Contract (12 months). Shift: Regular day shift. Additional Information Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen. Applicants must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. Adhere to personal and product safety guidelines, including appropriate PPE and lockout/tagout procedures. Work 12‑plus hour shifts in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment. Lift and install parts up to 35 pounds manually. Perform tasks with a working height of 22 feet from the ground. Kneel, crouch, and squat frequently; reach into machines constantly. Scale a 10‑step ladder comfortably and use manual tools such as box wrench, cable tie cutters, and other hand tools. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Provide flexibility for changing priorities, rework, and overtime.
