- Develop detailed documentation sets for new product functionalities.
- Revise and update existing documentation for feature enhancements.
- Coordinate documentation efforts with engineering and product management.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to style guides.
- Manage documentation deliverables within project timelines.
- Proficient in DITA, Oxygen XML Author, and GitHub
- Strong English written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Ability to quickly learn complex technical concepts and explain them clearly for end users
- Experience in software product documentation, particularly in technical environments, is highly preferred.
