About the Position

The facility has 294 beds. It is Joint Commission Accredited. The services provided include cancer care, cardiac care, orthopedics, imaging, and surgical services. The position involves working in Med Surg units with a capacity of 22 beds each. Patient ratios are 6:1 up to 7:1. Equipment used includes telemetry systems. The electronic health record system in use is MEDITECH. The patient population primarily consists of adults and geriatrics. Common diagnoses include surgical cases and diagnostic exchanges. The role requires collaboration with a second nurse in a float capacity, including Tele and ED duties. Candidates should be family-oriented.
