ServiceNow SecOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a fast-paced enterprise team supporting large-scale ServiceNow implementations and platform modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow development , platform customization, workflow automation, integrations, and automated testing across multiple ServiceNow modules.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong expertise in ITSM, IRM/GRC, HRSD, and CSM
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Service Catalog
• Experience with ATF, Selenium, UI Testing, API Testing, and REST/SOAP integrations
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting, and platform customization
• Experience with CMDB, Integration Hub, and enterprise workflow automation
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Git, and CI/CD deployment practices
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, or CIS-GRC certification
• Experience with AI Agent Studio, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, or Now Assist
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations and platform upgrades
