Eldercrest Healthcare and Rehabilitation, located in Munhall, PA, is actively seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team.

• $3,250 full-time sign on bonus and $2,500 part-time Sign on bonus offered 

• Extra $2 shift differential 3p-11p shift

• FT 3p-11p & FT 11-7 PT 7-3p must have availability for (every other weekend)

• Starting rates based on experience 

• $1,000 referral bonus & $2,000 referral bonus FT with unlimited potential

What will you do as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

- Provide individualized physical, psychological, and social support for residents.  

- Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and feeding.  

- Support residents with toileting, colostomy care, transferring, and mobility exercises.  

- Ensure the dignity and respect of all residents are maintained during care tasks.  

- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Must be fully certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) through the state.  

- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with CNA responsibilities.  

- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to resident care.  

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
