This sales-based role engages in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience. Invites and incentivizes guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.ResponsibilitiesGreet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, while maintaining minimum performance goalsScreen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelinesMake sales-tour reservations and collect required depositsAttend all scheduled training sessions and team meetingsKeep current on marketing information, materials, and industry trendsSet and exceed performance goals weekly, monthly, and annuallyRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent is requiredClear and concise written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a team environment within a shared spaceProficient in general computer skills and smart devices1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not requiredMust be able to stand for 4 to 6 hours at a timeExperience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.How You'll Be Rewarded:We offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us.
