Description Ohel is seeking a Job Developer to work with individuals with Intellectual and Development Disabilities as they enter the workforce. Responsibilities Find jobs that match individuals' skills and interests. Use community resources, job fairs, and other connections to develop opportunities with potential employers. Qualifications Experience in creating and building community relationships. Strong interpersonal, writing, and computer skills to ensure compliance with program regulations. Valid driver's license and ownership of a car is a plus. Job Details Full‑time position based in Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and Long Island. Salary: $18 - $20 per hour Benefits: 403(b) retirement plan, paid time off (PTO), and for full‑time employees, health insurance.
