Key Responsibilities Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with Moderate to Severe needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication goals. Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create inclusive learning environments. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with established guidelines. Qualifications State licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist. Experience working with PreK‑12 students in school settings. Skilled in addressing Moderate to Severe speech and language challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and flexible work locations.
