Senior Java Engineer

To support a growing team, the fully remote Senior Java Engineer will design and develop business-critical software solutions while collaborating with product teams and mentoring junior engineers. Key responsibilities Design and implement software solutions that align with the broader engineering strategy Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges and contribute to product planning Coach junior engineers and participate in recruitment efforts to build a strong technical team Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience 7+ years of experience in software engineering environments with a strong understanding of SDLC practices Expertise in debugging code and analyzing complex log files for troubleshooting Proficient in querying databases for complex data operations Experience with version control practices and systems design concepts for security and stability
