Senior EV Field Service Lead - HV Diagnostics

Rivian Automotive is seeking an experienced Senior Field Service Technician to lead advanced diagnostics and field support for complex vehicle repairs. You will serve as a technical expert, mentor junior team members, and drive continuous improvement across service operations. Based at a service center with potential remote work, travel to remote sites or production plants may be required to provide advanced field support.
