This position is considered an Hourly/Seasonal/Part-Time Employee Compensation Data COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $20.29 to $20.29. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. Job Responsibilities

• Ensures guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized
• Maintains dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas
• Ensures equipment is clean and is in working condition; reports any issues to leadership
• Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
• Always maintain a clean and sanitary work environment during service and at the end of shift
• Ensures security of company assets
• Accepts constructive feedback and provides ideas, concerns to and from leadership

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older (Required)
• Previous dishwasher experience (Preferred)
• TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol Certification (Preferred) will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
• ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of up to 25lbs.
• Willingness to accept change and new procedures
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision

This role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role also may be outside so may be exposed to sun and other inclement weather. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of PPE.
