($800 referrer / $200 referee)Personalized Support - Work with a dedicated recruiter committed to your success.Exclusive Employee Benefits - Enjoy free continuing education (CEUs) exclusive marketplace discounts, hotel savings, pet insurance, and Employee Assistance Program.Shift Details:VariableLicense Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties & Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report changes in condition.Assist with patient assessments and implement individualized care plans.Perform wound care, specimen collection, and other basic nursing procedures.Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).Educate patients and families on health maintenance and treatment plans.Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients.Follow facility policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory standards.Provide nursing care under the direction of an RN, physician, or other authorized health care provider.Administer medications as directed.Provide bedside nursing care, including services requiring sterile techniques.
