You’ll read prints and instructions, stage parts, and use hand tools and production equipment to fit, fasten, and finish products. Throughout the shift, you verify accuracy, keep your station tidy, and partner with teammates to hit production goals and deadlines—always with safety top of mind. What you’ll do Assemble parts and subassemblies according to blueprints, work instructions, and quality criteria. Perform in-process and final checks to confirm products meet specifications. Keep tools, machinery, and equipment in good working order and ready for use. Follow all safety rules, procedures, and company policies without exception. Identify and report material, tool, or equipment defects to your supervisor promptly. Collaborate with teammates and other departments to meet output targets and timelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area. Stand for extended periods while performing assembly tasks.
