Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with skilled, compassionate care, following physician orders and referrals
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans that help patients regain independence
- Document services accurately and timely to ensure seamless, high-quality care
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in line with practice acts and facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to create the best possible outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, keeping patients at the heart of everything
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
- Active California Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain one)
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- A passion for helping others and a willingness to adapt to new environments
Education
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTD) from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient evaluation and assessment
- Treatment planning and discharge planning
- Clinical documentation and record-keeping
- Supervision of COTAs
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
- Regulatory compliance and safety standards
