HVAC Project Manager

Synairgy Mechanical HVAC Project Manager Location: Wailuku, HI Overview We are hiring anHVAC Project Managerto leadlight commercial and residentialprojects from turnover to closeout. You will ownschedule, coordination, customer communication, job cost control, and quality, ensuring projects are deliveredon time, on budget, and to spec. Compensation & Benefits $70,000 to $90,000 base salary(DOE)plus performance pay 11 paid holidays PTO 401(k) with company matching Company Vehicle What You'll Do Manage projects end-to-end: kickoff, planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout. Coordinate install crews, service support, vendors, and subcontractors as needed. Confirm equipment and materials are ordered, delivered, and staged before start dates. Be the main customer contact: set expectations, provide updates, and resolve issues fast. Track labor hours, materials, and job costs to protectgross margin. Manage permits, inspections, and documentation (photos, field notes, customer approvals). Conduct jobsite check-ins and quality control to reduce rework and callbacks. Drive punch lists, customer sign-off, and closeout package completion. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience inHVAC project management, install coordination, or operations(residential and/or light commercial) Strong understanding of HVAC installation workflows and field execution Ability to manage multiple active jobs and deadlines without losing details Professional customer communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable with basic tech tools (Excel, email, scheduling software, field service platforms) Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to job sites Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience with permits and inspections in local jurisdictions OSHA 10 (or willingness to obtain) EPA 608 (or strong familiarity working with certified technicians) Work Environment Mix of office and field time with regular visits to active job sites Must be able to access attics, crawlspaces, mechanical rooms, and rooftops when required Why Synairgy Mechanical At Synairgy Mechanical, you'll join a team that respects technicians and supports long-term career growth.
