The RN Manager of the Emergency Department will lead a fast-paced Emergency Room that   operates  24/7 , providing essential care to patients with a broad range of urgent and complex needs. Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the Emergency Room Manager: RN will receive strong administrative support while overseeing daily operations, staffing, regulatory readiness, budgeting, performance improvement, patient experience, and evidence-based nursing standards. The Nursing Emergency Room Manager will coach and support friendly nurses, collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers, and partner with a diverse team of healthcare professionals across pharmacy, laboratory, imaging, respiratory therapy, case management, and other clinical services. This leader will foster accountability, inclusion, professional growth, and a positive culture throughout the Emergency Room.
