Certified Personal Trainer

We are seeking Personal Trainers who can enhance the quality of life of their community. A passionate, client‑focused person who enjoys motivating others and improving overall well‑being. Position Purpose Understand the specific needs and limitations of every client and facilitate safe, fun, and results‑driven fitness programming. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial fitness consultations. Engage with members to drive new client acquisition. Design and deliver program plans for individual client success. Provide personal training sessions. Assess client progress monthly and adjust plans. Maintain equipment and ensure a safe environment. Progressively set goals for each client. Deliver excellent customer service. Stay knowledgeable on product, programs, events, and fitness trends. Requirements for Success Punctual and dependable. Own results and adapt quickly. Strong communication skills with members and teammates. Team player willing to undertake various tasks. Strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills. Excellent organization and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Attention to detail and high‑quality work. Available for a variety of shifts (weekday, weekend, holiday, morning, evening, late night). Comfortable with technology, phone etiquette, and basic math. Portrait a healthy lifestyle. Experience – Levels and Compensation Level 0 PT – $17.50/hr (session rate or non‑session rate). No prior experience required; in‑house certification will be provided. Level 1 PT – $20/hr. Less than 1 year of experience or a CPT/bachelor’s degree in exercise science. Level 2 PT – $25/hr. Two certifications or one year verified industry experience. Valid CPR/AED within 30 days of employment. Other Requirements Pass a background check. Compensation and Benefits Hourly position with variable income opportunities (commission, bonus).
